I could not have asked for a smoother process. I booked the transport on a Wednesday, requested a weekend pick up in Maryland. I was emailed the name of the driver and his cell phone. On Saturday morning (10:30 A.M.), I received a call that the car was picked up and on the way to Connecticut and he would arrive at apx. 6:00 P.M. I received a call he was running a little behind and the truck pulled up at 6:45 P.M.
The driver was conscientious and was very focused on customer satisfaction. This experience was better than I could have anticipated. I would highly recommend this company. I was quite apprehensive as I have never done this before and I used reviews such as this to make my decision on the many companies out there that offer this service.
