I was totally satisfied with the whole transaction. I gave a 3 day pick-up window and they picked up the car on the 1st day. They called ahead to let us know when they would be there. On the delivery end, they also called to let them know when the car would be delivered. Everything was handled very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
