When I utilized the internet to find someone to pick up my recently purchased used Volkswagen Cabrio, I didn't realize that so many companies would respond with a price quote. Also, after contacting a few vendors, I didn't realize that some have trucks and some are just purely brokers. Ryan at Across USA Auto Transport was very up-front with how the sytem works and I followed his advice with being patient. The vehicle was not in Florida where transporting to New England is a popular route, it was in Tennessee. The driver communicated well and we met him in a shopping plaza to make the drop off easier for him. Everything went well. I would call Acrosss USA in a heart beat should we need to move a vehicle again.
