My service was EXCELLENT!!! I had an original pick-up date of end of the November and my car would be delivered mid-December. Well, I failed to remember that I was having a baby at the end of December and that the baby could come earlier. So I called to reschedule my pick-up date. Across USA was wonderful. Not only did I have to reschedule my pick-up date, but I had to change locations, too (from MD to VA, not that big of a deal, but still). Corey was FANTASTIC! They kept everything straight. I got my car in just 2 days! The crew who delivered my car was professional, prompt, and very nice. If ever I have to ship my car again, I'll be using Across USA without a doubt!
