When the driver, Brad, picked up my car in Maryland he told my brother-in-law that if the weather remained good (November), he expected to have the car delivered in 5 days. He called 24 hours in advance but unfortunately left messages on my work and cell phones. I was off that day and was home so I had no reason to turn my cell phone on. Thus I didn't receive Brad's call until the following morning. He was making other deliveries since he hadn't heard from me, but was only one hour later than he originally scheduled. I was leary about the delivery because I had to leave for work. Brad had me sign the receipt, asked me where he should park it and where he should leave the key, and I was off to work in a jiffy! He still had to remove 2 cars from the top rack of the truck before getting my car off the track, so waiting for it would have made me late for work. Brad was truly a nice person and totally professional. The car was not damaged and the personal effects that I had placed in the trunk were in their original position. This was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to anyone who wants to ship a vehicle. Cheers, Wendy
