Hank was extremely responsive and pleasant, the best of all the contractors involved in my relocation. Even after the car was in the carriers possession and they had their money he still was just as responsive. He said what he was going to do and did it immediately. He followed up and when I had questions he got with me immediately.

Not only did I receive wonderful service but the cost was significantly lower that what the relocation company had quoted me with another company. I saved money and was satisfied too.

Mark, the driver, was also pleasant and got my car there a day earlier than the quote of 12 days. I did not contract for door to door service since his truck was so big but Mark worked with me and I felt like I received door to door service. He was great about trying to coordinate the pick up and drop off to minimize any inconvenience for me considering his constraints.

If I ever have to relocate again or know of someone I will certainly recommend A Ace Auto Transport.
