Delivered my car and damaged the hood. They claim that the damage was done prior to the move even though their bill of laden states no damage to the hood. They claim that there was too much dirt on the car to see the damage. I had luckily (I thought) taken photos of the car the day of the move which prove that there was no damage or dirt that could hinder an honest inspection. A AAA's response - the photos are fraudulent. I have video also that they haven't seen but I have told them about that shows the guy hitching the car up to his truck with no hood damage. I'll be taking that with me as evidence to small claims court soon. Learn from me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! LOOK THEM UP AT BBB.COM TO SEE WHAT I MEAN!
