When I recieved a door to door shipping quote for shipping my car, I informed them that the vehicle was non-running, and at my apartment complex which they would have to drive through to pick up the vehicle. I didn't think it would be too difficult for them considering an 18 wheel tractor trailer truck backed right up to my apartment to move my household goods. After being charged extra for it being a non-running vehicle, the transporter couldn't manage to get to my apartment and I had to push it more than a quarter mile through the apartment complex to the road in order for him to load it. I should also mention that I had recently had shoulder surgery. Also, when I talked to Travis on the phone I noted that I would not be able to recieve the vehicle until after a particular date, which I was told wouldn't be a problem. Four days before that date, when I was in another time zone, I received a phone call stating that my car was being delivered that day and I needed to be there to provide the rest of the payment for the transport and be there to receive the car. I was then informed that if I couldn't receive the car, then it would be taken to the nearest terminal (106 miles away) where I would be charged the daily rate for storage and then charged for delivery to my house once I went down to the terminal to get it. Lucky for me, my cousin's wife wasn't working that day and she was able to drive down and sign for the car and I was able to deliver my payment through paypal (with the added 3% fee of course). Unfortunately for her, he couldn't manage to drive down the street and decided to unloaded it on a nearby street and then push it down the road and into the driveway. After parking the car, he aparently managed to figure out how to turn down the street (once again, a street that an 18 weel tractor trailer truck had no problems with) and left by driving past the house. When I did get home and checked out my car, it had not been taken care of at all during the shipping and had been treated harshly. I even found one of my suspension pieces in the back seat. With the last conversation I had with customer service providing no service at all and just aggravating me, I decided it would simply be easier to just not bother with the headache of ever dealing with the company again and repairing the damage myself. By far, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with, in any capacity, and is the first company that has been so terrible that I felt a need to write a review.
