I am in the military and moving from Point Mugu Naval Base to Great Lakes, Illinois. I scheduled my move on 7/09 and they gave me a pickup window of 8/3-5. I should have known something was shady when they wanted the full amont up front. The week of pickup I wanted a definate day of pickup especially since I had one last thing for my job and if it was going to be picked up the 3rd I would have to leave the job early. I called customer service even up to the 2nd of August I could not get an answer on pickup. Left early and no pick up on Saturday or the Monday. Left an agent on my behalf to help me because I had to leave the area. I call back a week later and my car was still not picked up. The last time I called customer service I was put on hold for 15 minutes and the customer service representative was very rude to me, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Never have I been treated like crap on a pre-pay service. The sales rep was nice but it is all about results and as a service member they failed me and had no communication which for most people the 2nd most expensive thing they own and if not a homeowner the first. I wish I knew about transportreviews.com before I schedule them. I am still waiting for my full refund and am being ignored, probably have to fix it with my bank and Better Business Bureau.
