DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Even if you give them a week in advance notice they will not be able to pick up your vehicle within 3-4 days. They advertise that if they get a week notice they will pick up within 3-4 business days; however, they don't actually start dispatching a carrier until the date of your "first available date." Then what's the point of advance notice?? Every time you speak to the customer reps they give you the same old response "we're working on getting your car a carrier. We cannot guarantee a pick up date." Makes me mad just typing this review. So what are we suppose to do? Sit around and wait indefinitely for you to arrange a carrier? In addition, TJ isn't ever available after you pay the deposit. Worst of all, in order to cancel your order and get a refund you have to submit an email. You cannot do it over the phone! What kind of BS is that??
