I first went through another company that had a truck "booked" to pick up my car when I was leaving CT. It was not picked up and I wasted 4 more days with that company before demanding a refund and contacting my credit card company to insure that this happened. Then I contacted this company and they stated the had a guarantee to be delivered by july 11 or less. So I paid for that and I didn't recieve my car until the 17th. I have contacted the company for a refund of the additional cost and have not recieved any replies. This company states they do have trucks but didn't handle my route. Next time I will contact Safeway who moved my car directly. Don't ever go through the brokers!!! Ask the company to either transport your car themselves or refer you to a carrier that can. If you don't they pocket additional money for booking it. Good luck...this whole experience was very stressful.
