I transported my car from Milpitas, CAto Long Island NY. Not only did they lose my quote but they forgot to schedule a person to come pick it up while I was getting ready to leave on vacation. I then had to go drop it off at a terminal. I was supposed to get $75 credit back for the drop off which they did not do. It took 5 weeks to transport it and they actually had to drop it off at work because I couldn't wait at home for them. Each time I called (over 50 times), i was put on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes...the longest being 45 minutes. Customer service was horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
