I was having my daughter's car transported from CA to MA and had contacted them over 1 month in advance. I dealt with a TOTAL SLIMEBAG SALESMAN NAMED T J Kweij(SP?). I believe TJ stands for TOTAL JERKOFF. We did everything we were supposed to do - contact them way in advance, get there (bogus) quote, pay them a deposit, etc. When it came time to pick up the car they didn't come, my daughter had to leave CA and a week later they still had not come. Mr Jerkoff kept insuating that his quote was too low and they weren't making any money and all these companies were going out of business. He said that his company was going to ship it on their trucks, which was another lie. He made the comment at least 4-5 times to myself and my daughter that the quote was too low and to ship this would normally be another $100 to $150 more. When we called customer service, they could never give an answer as to the status - they just said "it's being worked on".
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE ABSOLUTEL SLEAZEBAGS, WHO CONSTANLY LIE AND WILL JUST CREATE A HUGE NIGHTMARE FOR YOU LIKE THEY DID FOR US. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.
I then called Brian Cronin at Zipper and he had the car picked up in a week with no problems. I should have done this in the first place.
