It has been one the most horrific customer experience. They charged me 200 extra per car after picking the car. When argued they threatened to drop the car at some warehouse. I wanted the car so I paid.
Moreover, Andy, the broker is foul mouthed. After taking your order he will talk in bad manner. Don't let women talk to him as he is equally bad to them as he is with men.
