NEVER USE!!!

In July 2004 I hired A AAAdvantage Auto Transport to move my vehicle from NJ to CA. The sales rep Ed said it would take 5-7 days to pick up. At day 9 I called to find out why I still had my car and was never called. I was then told that it was too busy and it would take 7-10 days. I was upset, but stayed patient. It finally got picked up on day 22 from placing the order. I then find out that my vehicle was only picked up to go sit at some lot. Another 4 days passed before it finally started heading to CA. BIG MISTAKE thinking that. After 6 days I used their online chat system and found out that the truck was still on the east coast. I eventually got to the manager, Alicia Brown. Another big mistake. She sounded like she was reading a script. Before I had an option of explaining anything, she started telling me to send in a letter for compensation and it would be reviewed. Apparently it is only a "request" to get a discount for the money I paid. She was rude and not once sounded a bit sincere or concerned. I do have to say that the chat rep(Sandy) did a good job. I received honest answers from her and she even sounded concerned. Sandy should have gotten Ms. Brown's job. Another 7 days had passed which was now 13 days on the road, I find out that the driver had been staying home for a week. It was 6 days after that when I finally received my car. Let's see, 22 days to pick up the car, and 19 more to get it from NJ to CA. Not to mention I had to wait at least 20 minutes before I could get through to someone in customer service.

Anyone transporting your vehicle really needs to do research. DON'T EVER USE AAADVANTAGE AUTO OUT OF PHOENIX!! BEWARE!!
