Ian at A-AAA Auto Transport Inc. was knowledgeable and extremely cordial throughout each of our telephone interactions. When he made suggestions regarding arranging transport for my vehicle, he explained why he did so. When I needed more information or had questions, he always provided the facts I needed to make my decision. He offered to maintain contact with me until my car was delivered, something that was not actually necessary since I had the ability to track my car daily directly with the shipping company. There is no question that I would definitely call Ian should I ever require another auto transport.
