Snow storm delayed pick up by one day. I had to contact dispatcher for information about delay (instead of other way around). P/U driver took his time inspecting the car in freezing weather and was pleasant about it. Only other complaint- car was filthy upon arrival beause of open transport through bad weather (not company's fault). Excellent price, I would use them again.
