First Time Move - Excellent Experience

After posting a request for quotes online I was inundated with online quotes and phone calls. I asked all carriers/brokers to send me a quote on line so I could keep the organized better. I then began to research the companies not only on this site to read reviews, but also the BBB. I made 2 folders for the quotes...BAD Transports, and GOOD Transports. Quotes ranged from just under $500 to over $1,000. I only had a few in the Good folder as so many companies had bad reports that scared me. My biggest concern was getting the car picked up in a short window of 2 days. I was moving from CT to GA on a Thursday morning, but needed the car available to me through that same Monday so the car needed to be picked up either Tuesday or Wednesday only. Any earlier and I would be without a vehicle, any later and I would not be there. So many of the bad reviews I read talked about the pick up taking days even weeks longer than expected. Then many others talked about how the price would increase in order to try and get the pick up done.

With a week left before my move, I finally mentioned the concern to my real estate agent who made a call and recommended A-AAA Auto Transport. They called me and I explained my situation. It took a couple of days for Ian to call me back with the first option to move the car, but HE was concerned about the pick up time with this particular driver...I explained I was less worried about the delivery date as I was about the pick up date, but preference would be to have the car picked up on Wednesday and delivered after Friday. The second call from Ian was another day later with the option for pick up between 6-8pm on Wed and delivery after 5 pm on Saturday. This was perfect so we set it up. Ian and the Driver both called me on Wednesday to confirm pick up time, and the driver showed up at 7pm on Wednesday. Pick up was smooth and easy and the driver was very friendly (even in the rain). We made our move to GA on Thursday and Friday, and Saturday late afternoon I got a call from the driver saying he would be there to drop off the car around 6pm...at 6pm he showed up and delivered the car. The car was exactly as we had left it, it was in perfect condition (well, as perfect as it was when it was picked up). Again, the driver was friendly and professional.

Thanks Ian and A-AAA Auto Transport for making this move smooth and worry free. By the way...my price never changed from the first quote that Ian gave me.
I would recommend them to anyone.
