I called one month in advance to schedule the pick up of my car. I was upfront and told Debra the dates that I had to work with. My car needed to be in new orleans by July 2nd. I was willing to have my car picked up 2.5 weeks in advance in order to ensure an ontime delivery date. each time i called Debra, she was rude, un helpful, and NEVER returned my emails nor voicemails. I finally requested to speak w/ management who saifd " yea the truck drivers have been aking long weekends especially during the holiday, we havenet been able to schedule your move" I was livid, how can my move NOT be scheduled, and I am moving in 3 days!!!!! i WILL NEVER AGAIN settle for a compamy w/ cheaper prices because a few hundred dollars is definetly not worth the headace which i endured dealing with this rudem useless company
