I cannot speak for the entire company. But I can tell you about luis... He was rude to me and the person who I purchased the car from, and he made a deal he couldnt keep just to get my deposit of $150. He promised to have the car picked up in 7 days, gave him 10 to be fair. He said the "first" problem was it was double booked. I did not book with anyone else. Another company booked it without my permission after a friendly conversation (I talked to about 20 transport brokers to get quotes). When this was rectified, I called on the 10th day to see what the problem was. Luis said that my location was a problem for the drivers, and could not do it for the price he quoted. He had all the facts upfront... at that point I decided this is not going to happen. I asked luis to cancel the pickup and refund my money. He cancelled it, but will not refund my money. I feel the only reason he made this deal was to get my deposit and no intentions to have the car picked up. DO NOT GIVE ANY TRANSPORT COMPANY A DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY PICK UP THE CAR......THIS IS A SIGN OF A SCAM PEOPLE>>>BEWARE OF LUIS!!!!
