Im In the military and was stationed in El Paso Texas going threw my ETS clearing phase. Well the military do transport your vehicle if you going anywhere overseas but if you in the states you must do it on your own expenses. I had already set my House Hold Goods for the 14th of January 2013 to be picked up, i plan to fly out To NYC on the 17 of January 2013 wich in the same day my leave start but i still needed to find an agency in the States to find my someone to move my vehicle. I was new to the process here in the states since i was used to the military always handling it while i was stationed in Germany. I wanted to stick to plans and get my vehicle pick up during the week of my flight In that way i can still use my vehicle to clear and save money on a car rental. I did not want to face a situation wich i can spend more money and i may have to pay for car rental damages. It happen to me before the day i left from Germany to El Paso. I went online to search for a vehicle transport agency. I then got a couple of quotes from many agents But they where not so convincing until i received a call from Nestor at 1 on 1 transport service. He explain me the process gave me a lower brokers fee than others with a military discount. I did not mind on spending thousands on getting my vehicle out of Texas. There qoute was to good to be true. He explained to me the process and i was convinced even when i had doubts cause off -course its my car. I kept on receiving calls fro other agents and there where trying to convince me to switch to them that their better and there would get my car moved when ever i wanted. One time i was almost convinced. I came into doubts about the decision i made to go With 1 on1 transport.I then called 1 on1 auto transport to discuss my doubts. They explained to me how it works with other competitors. Integrity is something That 1 on 1 auto offers i know cause im used to in the military so i stood with them even after other agency try to ruin my car from been picked up by saying that they already had my car pick up and other lies. When i spoke to Nestor and we came to an understanding on what happened They had me Truckers on the same day but i wanted it on the 15TH of January and they was right on the money. The truck driver gave me a call on the date of pick up and was on time, he Came to my location of choise on time and was very friendly with me and trustworthy,he kept in touch with me till the day of the drop off at my home. My car was still in great shape with no damages even threw the bad East coast weather. I like to thank the guys at 1 On 1 and keep on the great work,understanding, honesty and respect. By the way I paid 650 when others try to charge me over $1000.00 and $200 Brokers fee. Some thieves for real.
