NOT TRUE. Carrier reported that they called and person at delivery confirmed delivery time, also that vehicle was inspected at time of delivery. However Customer made a claim for scratches and insurance is still processing claim. If damages were present at time of delivery insurance pays for it, but if damages were not found at time of delivery, any claim after delivery are not covered.
We did suggested and offered the customer an Enclosed transport for this type of vehicle but he refused to protected from flying objects on the roads.
