The vehicles were delayed being picked up due to a breakdown on the first truck, they did get an alternate truck and notified me of the breakdown. They also contacted me and said that it would be a delayed pick up due to the break down and having an alternate truck. The only problem on the pick up was that the driver did not call two hours ahead of time as I was told he would and I was 45 min away and had to rush to get to pick up site in stead of being able to plan a little bit with the two hour heads up. The vehicles were inspected very well and they arrived in the same condition they left in except for a little dirtier but they were in open transport and no more dirty than driving them across the country would have made them. They did have to split the drivers up and requested payment of first driver up front. The cars were moved to a new truck in Chicago and probably one more for the final drop off. This did not damage or dirty up the inside of the vehicles. Drop off went smooth and the dispatch and driver gave plenty of notification to go to pick up site for cars.

Overall great service decent communication both e-mail and phone and cars made it across the country in same conditions as the left. Idaho to Virginia is a long move and they coordinated alternate transport on a breakdown very smoothly. Would use them again but hope to not have the need.
