I was leery about using this company as I read the reviews and they were not so pretty. I spoke with Peter and explained my concerns and he assured me that would not happen. I look at it like this, most of the bad reviews were in previous years and maybe this company wants to correct their issues and work towards improvement. I was not totally convinced of course but placed my transport of an Acura TL in his hands. I am very happy that I did as he came through with what he promised and my vehicle was picked up in a matter of days. The driver, I believe his name is Selby, was awesome and took care of my care. Door to door service, right to my house in Las Vegas. I have shipped cars before and never had one brought right to my house. I know it is hard to put your hands into a company with poor to average reviews but I have to give it to Peter. He did an outstanding job and provided me with the customer service I would appreciate and hope for from any company. With any company you will have a bad experience sometimes but I don't believe 7 Star Transport's goal is to provide bad service but rather to improve on the bad service they may have provided. I was quite satisfied with their service and the relief of having my car transported at the lowest rate quoted to me out of about 50 transport companies was worth using them. Thank you Peter so much!!!!! PS: Peter's incentive to provide me good service was just to provide me with that. He did not offer any incentive other than his outstanding service to provide this reivew.
