I just want everyone to know! Once I received my car mike from the company(manager) called me and told me my review was hurting his business. He also had his employee beg me to take the review down- stating he would lose his job if not. Which I thought was ludicrous considering if Jose aka Joe, valued his job he would have returned at least one of my calls or messages/ there were many.
Once I refused to comply, Mike/manager got on the call and nicely offered me a 10% discount on my NEXT transport if I took the review down. NEXT TIME? I was surprised they would think I would ever trust to use 7 STAR TRANSPORT again. NOW MIKE WAS FURIOUS. He stated - if I didn't take down the review he would have the transport vehicle take my car to storage. He then proceeded to threaten me stating- "You said your experience with 7 STAR TRANSPORT was a NIGHTMARE? Well if you don't remove your review... ILL GIVE YOU A NIGHTMARE.
At which point this company proceeded to have my review removed stating I was not a client.

As well as the contract from 7 STAR TRANSPORT.

Subject: NIGHTMARE
Review: 7stars? More like 1star company!!! They were extremely fast and persistent when it came to getting my deposit of $145.( WHICH THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME)At which time JOSE my representative failed to simply provide me with an confirmation number ( I had to call back several times before reaching someone who could provide me with the confirmation. I should've known then things would not go smoothly. On 6/14 Saturday they told me pick up for my Honda s2ooo would be on 6/16. Oh yea in forgot to mentioned scheduling was made 3 weeks in advance. On the DAY OF the pick up they rescheduled for 3 days delayed later. So I took th e morning off AGAIN and of course they called the DAY OF to cancel the 2nd time. At this point they were promising 3 days more out. 3 times they did this to me. At this point I was trying to REACH ANYONE. But all I ever got was Sarah some other rude lady with an accent and of course I never ever heard back from my representative Jose or the manager mike. apparently mike is a VERY busy man. Simply never available. So till this day I have not received one call back or any attempt in rectifying my dissatisfaction. When I demanded a refunded they only refunded the amount I was overcharged. what a nightmare. Please do not waste your time, energy or money with this unprofessional ZERO star company. -Lily

False Review - Problem here is that the customer doing the transport and signing the contract was different than the person paying for it. Communication between the two was not good at all. The initial delay was caused by them, order form was not signed for 3 days forcing 7 star to change the carrier and change the pickup date. Person moving vehicle was informed, not the person who paid for it. Person who signed and hired 7 star did not post this review. This person was aware of the changes, was aware of the carrier and the dispatch times and was happy with 7 star service from the beginning to the end. The person who paid wanted to cancel, the person who hired us did not and requested the service be completed as contracted and 7 Star did. Review is totally unacceptable, this is not the person who hired 7 Star.
