False Review - Problem here is that the customer doing the transport and signing the contract was different than the person paying for it. Communication between the two was not good at all. The initial delay was caused by them, order form was not signed for 3 days forcing 7 star to change the carrier and change the pickup date. Person moving vehicle was informed, not the person who paid for it. Person who signed and hired 7 star did not post this review. This person was aware of the changes, was aware of the carrier and the dispatch times and was happy with 7 star service from the beginning to the end. The person who paid wanted to cancel, the person who hired us did not and requested the service be completed as contracted and 7 Star did. Review is totally unacceptable, this is not the person who hired 7 Star.
