Unfortunately carrier was delayed on pickup. 7 Star had no control over it. 7 Star offered a refund from deposit to help customer, but customer refused. Customer requested $260 from 7 Star or he would not remove bad rating. Sorry we do not buy reviews. Carrier is allowed by law to be delayed.
