Poor services on authurity of 7-star auto transporrt

I was promised the pick up of the vehicle on a Thursday, latest the next day. However the car was not picked up for another 9 days and arrived on a Tuesday, piling up huge storage fees. I was charged a deposit of $100 as soon as I called but due to their mismanagement of assigned drivers, I had to call the transporting company myself to have them pick up the car. 7-star was very quick to take a deposit but did not even follow up on my order. This was horrible mismanagement. I will never request 7-star auto transport to coordinate pick up and drop off of vehicles again.

Unfortunately carrier was delayed on pickup. 7 Star had no control over it. 7 Star offered a refund from deposit to help customer, but customer refused. Customer requested $260 from 7 Star or he would not remove bad rating. Sorry we do not buy reviews. Carrier is allowed by law to be delayed.
