DO NOT USE 7 STAR AUTO TRANSPORT

I am extremely unsatisfied with 7 Star Auto Transport. I do not recommend this transport company. It took the company 14 days in total to transport my vehicle from Salt Lake City, UT to Atlanta, GA. 7 Star auto hired a company called Buckingham Auto, Buckingham auto's driver that was assigned to deliver the vehicle quit on the job. 7 Star auto failed to inform me of the status of my vehicle. I was under the impression that the vehicle was on its way to Atlanta, GA. After 9 days of patiently waiting for my vehicle I got in contact with my representative Frank, to receive a update on the vehicle. Frank had no clue regarding the status and was under the impression that the vehicle had already been dropped off! If I had not contacted Frank, my vehicle would have been sitting idle with little to no progress made. I do not recommend this company, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had to deal with. My vehicle has finally been delivered after 14 days. 7 star Auto failed to communicate with me and provide efficient customer service regarding the situation. Do not use 7 Star auto! Use your hard earned money at a firm which delivers in a timely manner. Overall I give them 0 out of 5 stars. Feel free to contact me through this site or email with further questions. I would not want other consumers hard earned money spent with this firm.

We moved several cars for customer before. Never had a problem. This time carrier had a problem on the road, totally out of our control, but carrier did not informed us on time. The moment we were informed, 7 star got a new carrier, picked up vehicle same day from the carrier and delivered vehicle safe and in perfect condition. Customer was updated and informed. Customer was offered a partial refund for the un-avoidable delay, yet he refused refund. Carriers do encounter problems on the road, 7 Star is here to Help and resolve immediately as we did.
