Anthony and 7 Star Transport came through for me. I wanted to transport an old car from Ohio to Florida for my son to use in college, and at first I tried another company. Right around the time they said they were going to pick the car up, they went silent, and I was left waiting and wondering if this would ever happen. Then, I called Anthony, and he even remembered me based on my earlier request for a bid. Anthony presented me with my options, and we decided on a two day window for pick-up. As those days approached, Anthony was proactive in providing me with the driver's number and information, and more specific pick-up and payment information. Next, a day prior to the pick-up period, the driver called me and provided me a 2 hour window and meeting place so I could plan around my work schedule. Anthony would check in to make sure everything was going to proceed according to plan. An hour before pick-up, the driver called again and confirmed our meeting. Everything went perfectly- like clockwork. The driver made the delivery to my son at a Costco parking lot within about 36 hours of pick-up, and Anthony had checked with me to make sure everything was going without a hitch. I was new to the entire "car transport" business, and discouraged by my initial experience with the other company, but in dealing with Anthony and 7 Star, I felt like I was working with true professionals.
