I want to commend 7 Star Auto Transport on a JOB WELL DONE! This was my first time shipping a vehicle. My son went to college in Alabama. Instead of driving there and adding extra mileage to his car, we decided to fly him there and ship the car along with some of his larger belongings. I went online to get a quote an 7 Star was one of many that sent me a quote. They didn't provide the most inexpensive quote, however, they did provide a thorough and genuine interest in gaining my business. Out of 7 to 10 companies, 7 Star was the only one to follow up with me on a consistent basis. Oscar was very diligent, yet very professional. He was determined to gain me as one of their customers. Because of Oscar's persistence, I decided to consider 7 Star as our transportation company. When I called, Gil answered the phone. I asked for Oscar but he was unavailable. Gil offered to help me. Because this (shipping) was all new to me, I had lots of questions and concerns. Gil was very knowledgeable and able to answer each of my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I expressed my concern about shipping the car expeditiously and he got right on it. I talked to Gil and Oscar for two days. When I finally made the decision to go with 7 Star, they had a driver at my home within 3 hours! They driver was very nice and professional as well. They guaranteed delivery within 4-7 days and my son received his car on the 4th day! Other companies that quoted a lesser rate, offered and 3-4 day window just to pick up the car; then another 7 days to ship the car to it's destination- NO WAY! We're talking about a 2 week job for a few dollars cheaper. A big THANKS to 7 Star Auto and to Oscar and Gil for making my first shipping experience the best ever! I will be recommending your company to anyone who needs this type of service. Stellar Performance!
