I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by 7 Star Auto Transport. Sonny called me and described how he could provide better service than the competition. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The process of signing the contract took less than 5 minutes. After that, Sonny notified me by email and phone that my car was being dispatched the next day. The pick up went well. The delivery was a few days late, but other than that, I am still pleaded with how my car arrived safely. I will definitely use 7 Star to transport my vehicle in the future.
