We offered to find a driver asap, which we did right away, but carrier cancelled pickup due to road trouble, so immediately we started searching for a new carrier, we got one and we dispatched it and job was completed.
Unfortunately, customer had to pay some storage fees where his vehicle was, but as we told customer on the phone and in writing storage fees are his responsibility. All transports are Estimated, the federal licensing agency allows by law 3 days to any carrier to be delayed in any way due to so many factors: Road and weather conditions, breakdowns and many more. Reason why customer has to understand this is a complex service and we do our best to help customers avoid additional expenses.
