Needing to find a service that would bring my car from New York to Los Angeles, I went online to choose a company & relied entirely on customer reviews which I was very grateful for. 5 Star appeared to have garnered the most praise & I felt very comfortable going with them & I was very pleased how Gilbert handled the whole situation. An extra charge of $150 on top of the quote didn't make me too happy, but the reason I was given at the time did seem plausible. (And at that point there is little you can do.) But for peace of mind it was worth it & I would definitely recommend 5 Star & use them again.
