We do not misrepresent ourselves at all.We are looking at your file and your car was dispatched to the carrier of year 2008.We emailed you all the information of the carriers insurance and documents and you approved it.When your car was delivered in FL of 2008 your car has no scratch nor damage at all. When you car got to your location your vehicle was not running and you took your other car on the trailer ( carriers truck ) and try to jumpstart with your car. It's like going to a house without any permission. You s hould have waited for the driver to unload your vehicle..You didn't pay the carrier of what happened and they brought your car to a mechanic shop and after 2 weeks you went there to pay for it to get your car.We filed all your claim to the right people but you still went ahead insisted to do what you want and not take the right proper step to be paid by the insurance company and in the end the blame is still on us.
