I had placed an order with another company and they made me wait 3 weeks for pickup. There was no follow up, no updates as to what was happening to my car transport order. Totally frustrated I started looking online for another company and submitted a request for quote on a website.

Within minutes Gilbert called me and I told him my situation. He was very understanding and explained me how the whole system works and why the previous company was unable to schedule a pickup for me based on the price they had booked my order. I was ok with paying a higher price since I wanted ensure that the car did get shipped.

I had shopped quite a lot for transport quotes to get my car shipped from CA to MN. Prices seemed to range from $750 to$ 1200. This company quoted $899 which was higher than the first company I had hired but Gilbert got a pick up scheduled for me within hours of placing an order.
I immediately cancelled my order with the other company.

Actual pick up happened 2 days later because of a weekend in between and happened on the mutually agreed time between me and the driver. Also, the driver kept me posted periodically about the progress he was making on road and made the delivery on schedule too. My car arrived in perfect condition with no visible damage to it.

Overall a good experience and excellent customer service. definitely a 5 star treatment for both the customer and their cars.
