ALL CONSUMERS, PLEASE READ
From the first time I was contacted by this company by Gilbert, I knew this was the right company for me and my car transport. I had already wasted several days and experienced major frustrations attempting to deal with other companies.
Gilbert was straightforward with me, explained the process and kept in touch with me every step of the way, he even provided me the cell number of the driver delivering my car.
Gilbert truly lives and breathes his work and knows this business, and HE ACTUALLY CARES. He tells you the truth and does not try to close you on a decision. He tell you how things will be and they actually are. (What a concept!)
I know this review is supposed to be about the company... well, as far as I am concerned GILBERT IS THIS COMPANY. As a consumer, shopping for an auto transporter, I was completely and totally bombarded with bogus lowball quotes, outrageously high quotes, false promises of what "their" company could do, and so on, anything you wanted could be done..., but they can't deliver (no pun intended).
If you want to transport an auto timely, efficiently, effortlessly, and painlessly, just go with Gilbert. Save yourself the frustration, and trust me... sorting thru these "brokers", "shippers," and whatever else they might portray themselves as, will just drive you crazy.
I am an actual customer, email me. I will tell you exactly what I have experienced. I am a not a dealer. I am just a person who bought a car in another state, wanted it transported, and went thru alot of crap until I got Gilbert's call.
