driver refused to leave interstate ,agreement was to delivery to my home .5 star said its not there driver they have no control over him. I had to drive 30 miles and pick up .The truck was not plated ,inspected ,so illegal to drive it home .This cost me a towing fee and more time !Please do not use this company ! They would not reimburse any of the cost ! My first and last time to use a 5 star transport.George did not return phone calls after truck was received .I was left owing more than the next hire bid for this service.
