I was given a lowball quote, they took a deposit from me, I signed online documents. I sent an e-mail to verify the details that was not returned. I called and it went to voice mail. I called a different number and was told that they would not honor that quote and that they would try to find another deal for me. fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me.
I am glad I found this site - I'm booking with another mover that has much better ratings.
