I selected this company because it confirmed a specific time and date for pick-up. The time drew close for pick-up and I called but was reassured when I was again confirmed that day for pick-up. It never occurred and repeated calls went direct to voicemail. After the weekend I was able to contact them again and, after lots of runaround and several calls, was given the name of a carrier who was to pick me up the following day. I called the driver and he said that he was 1,000 miles away in Michgan and had never contracted to pick up my car. After more calls I was told the general manager had taken over my haul and that I would receive an email in a few minutes with the specifics of the pick-up including driver's name. No email was ever received. I was defrauded to pay a deposit of $125, which was OK because I had a confirmed time and date for pick-up. This company is the worst. They think nothing of lying to their customers to get their business and then perpetuate the lies until I finally gave up and drove my car north to Michigan. Save the brain damage - Do not do business with these people. They are the worst.
