First and foremost this entire review by this woman is completely wrong. I booked her and had her dispatched that same day. The driver simply offered her to leave the vehicle to be picked up at his brothers house a few miles from her hotel if there was a problem leaving the vehicle for pickup at the hotel. He did text her at one point to let her know the number calling her phone she wasn't familiar with was the driver picking up the vehicle period. If I talked a lot it was me doing my job and explaining every single detail completely to her like a true professional does. This woman is totally out of line and couldn't be more wrong in what she is claiming.
