Hello Don & Elaine, I am not sure why you gave me a bad rating- -I have not used KJ Falcon since your order....I had been in contact with you and Matt (KJ), he told me he would take care of you this is why they have insurance. This tranpsort took place in Dec.2009. I did move a pick- up for you again in Feb 2010 and that was great you said. I am sorry you feel this way and had to give me a poor rating due to KJ Falcon. I left you 2 phone messages this morning so please call me back so we can clear this up.
