Dottie & 4U Transport is AWESOME!!

I transported my vehicle from Houston, TX to Charlotte, NC 2 weeks ago and Dottie made it a comforting, effortless, and satisfying experience. As with many first timers, I was quite hesitant about transporting my vehicle on an 18 wheeler over hundreds of miles. Dottie at 4U Transport assured me that she only uses the best drivers and always contacts the truck company and driver directly. She would also insure the vehicle 100%.

I contacted her on Friday evening and I put down my deposit for a Monday pickup. Rico, the interstate truck driver, was running late on Monday but the truck company sent out I different truck to pickup my car by the promised noon deadline. By Monday evening my car was on Rico's truck.

During the entire time, I was free to call Dottie and the driver for updates. By Friday I had contacted Rico and he said he could deliver it Saturday morning 10am.

I got a call at 9:30am and Rico was parked in front of my building. He was very thorough in unloading and inspecting the vehicle before accepting the remaining balance on the bill. Dottie called me Monday to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

All in all, Dottie is an excellent broker and I had a great experience! THANK YOU!
