extremely lax customer serv. /still no refund

final email after NOT being able to contact for many days while they had my deposit :

I really can not understand you guys biz plan.
Seems to me you ask for problems by neglecting customers requests ,no call back as requested ,no customer service at all.
I do NOT have anymore time to deal w/you about this so I'll just turn it over to amex customer service w/all my non-returned correspondence along w/copies of all my calls left unanswered during your stated business hours along w/my explanation but I tell you one thing I will go out of my way to inform any and all friends associates w/my firm NOT to call 477 under any circumstances as they just leave you hanging then after 3 weeks has passed and after numerous attempts to get my truck shipped I had no choice but to get someone else . they picked it up the VERY NEXT DAY ,SAME $$ exactly .
so, since my credit card acct. still has not informed me of a refund from 477 I will follow thru as stated yesterday cause I really dont even have time[told you I am caregiver for 95 yr. old invalid and bed ridden mom]to discuss further and nobody will answer my calls or return them.
why in the world would you convince yourselves this manner of doing business would be prudent not to mention productive when all you do is collect deposits and let vehicles sit asking constantly for more money for the driver ?
just ludicrous to design a system this way and EVER expect your company to flourish cause folks DO address their needs for transport thru all available sources of reference such as
auto transport reviews
transport news etc
folks just want to get the best value for theirr money ,get a concrete date for pickup and delivery and get their cars transported w/out so much negativities dealing w/it .

as I stated yesterday: really do NOT like leaving dirty reviews for companys but you guys left me NO other alternative what-so-ever .
this should NEVER occur.
when folks want and request a refund as services are not met they do NOT want all this baggage hanging around just trying to geta damn refund .
I granted $150 deposit and expect it returned and since it is NOT I resume to take care of it the other way available to me thru my firm.
fyi.
not everyone you deal with is a moron ,broke and w/outa clue how things are supposed to be done.
I have had 20-25 vehicles shipped all over the world since 1990 and NEVER ran into sy-uch terrible service as yours.
My God man,get it together before alls gone up in smoke from lacidasical service,
will
no reason calling me now .
I will still give my statement to BBB in your town of operations along w/every transport review available cause good folks should NOT be mistreated when they come to you for a service you advertise,

William Victory, this particular customer placed the order with us on 04/06/2011 to move his 1997 Nissan pickup, he was advised that because of the route his first available pick up date would be 7-10 days after placing the order. On 4/25/2011, we dispatched the vehicle to the carrier (Sterling LG Solutions). That afternoon, we received a call from the carrier stating that the unit had been picked up by another carrier. This puts the customer on a breach of contract which clearly states “All cancellations have to be in writing. If a customer double books the shipping of their vehicle(s) with multiple transport companies (in that case two or more carriers will be picking the vehicle) or if a truck is sent to pick up the vehicle and it is not made available for pick up, for any reason, a dry run charge will apply.” As far as Mr. Victory is concerned, the staff of 477 Express Auto Shipping works without compensation and we can assure you that we worked diligently to get Mr. Victory’s vehicle transported within a reasonable time frame. Because of his negligence, the carrier charged us a dry run fee which we had to pay. Unfortunately, Mr. Victory made this transport arrangement impossible to fulfill due to his double booking with another company.
