We entertained bids from numerous companies, but chose 477 because the price was competitive and the service provided by Carlos from initial phone call to delivery was excellent. The car was picked up later than the target date, but time was not of the essence in our case, so it did not cause a problem. The driver was efficient and helpful. We would use them again.
