I was contacted by Richard W. seeing if I still needed a transport for my car from MO. to TN.. I told him I had a co. I just signed with and waiting. Note that this was the 3rd company I signed with and was still waiting. He told me that he could get it picked up and delivered at the time I needed my car., of course this is the same thing I was told before by the other companies. He was so assured of himself that he could get it done, me being very doubtful I said that I will call him if the other company couldn’t get it done. After talking with him for a few minutes, all he wanted me to do was give him a chance. He asked for a little information from me and asked if I mind if he made some calls and get back with me, I said sure being that I already knew it was impossible based upon what I’ve been through already. He actually came through, found a driver and was able to have it delivered the same day. Richard is “AWESOME “, after hearing what I’ve been through with the other companies, he listened and was very apologetic for the other companies, that tells me a lot about one’s character, you don’t find that very often. He truly made my day ??. I would recommend 4 Seasons to anyone, just make sure you ask for Richard. Lastly, he made me feel like he cared and wanted to make sure I got my car when I wanted/ needed it. He went above and beyond of what was expected of him, AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME...
