Jeff was the contact originally, then Ellen took over through completion. Both had great communications so I wasn't worried about whether the car would get picked up or not. This was my first time using a transport service and I was a little nervous after reading some of the comments by others. Jeff told me he had never had to raise a price from the original quote and he did not start with me. I had a small schedule problem in that i was sort of flexible but pick up was to be no later than a date and delivery not before a date to allow us time to travel in a separate vehicle to the destination. There was a slight miscommunication about the pickup date, but Ellen helped coordinate that to my satisfaction with the carrier. Ellen also took care of a last minute problem when the originally scheduled carrier's truck broke down the day before pickup; she had another carrier set up before I had time to worry. The new delivery date was a day later but still within my original criteria. I had to depart before the car was picked up, which I was a little nervouse about, but I received an email in transit that the car was in fact picked up successfully. I received a call from the carrier that the car could be delivered as originally scheduled, and it was in good condition. The driver from B&B Trucking was very courteous. There were no major problems and I am very happy with the service from the carrier and 4 Corners.
