Jeff and Ellen are amazing people and very helpful. I shipped a car from Idaho to Texas in the middle of the winter. Crazy move with shifting dates due to house closing changing. They roll with all the changes and did a super job accommodating the shipment and all the deviations from the original plan. When they put the shipment out for bid they screen carriers to ensure the car arrived safely. The driver that delivered the car was superb. He was great at communicating pickup and arrival, friendly and technically competent. His truck and trailer were clean and well taken care of, which is a great indicator that he's a quality driver.
