I have called Luis and explained the following- Matson Navigation eliminated the scheduled ship for Luis's vehicle it shipped two weeks later than scheduled- This was completely out of our control
The vehicle became available on 12-16 and was shipped the very first day it was available in Long Beach - it delivered in 7 days (normal ship time is 7-10 days)
The vehicle was dirty because it went thru weather on an open carrier- Vehicles do get dirty-
I immediately contacted Lucky Star and they are paying for the detail to remove the oil- via detail

I'm sorry I published the review I thought I was confirming my email address u didn't mean any harm. I wanted to go after the company that delivered the vehicle but at this point the damage is done I've already ran it through the car wash twice. I honestly don't want anything else to do with this experience either via email, text or phone calls. Thank you for explaining things to me I honestly would say it was an honest mistake on my part.
