We could not take the booking because the customer was already booked with another broker- We emailed him a copy of the listing with the explanation- We emailed him and never even had one conversation with this person- He was never an accepted order- Carriers do not call on double booked loads- He refused to accept that in the email- For the first negative review we have received in over 3 years its ironic that it is from someone who was not a customer.
