This review is unfair and partially untrue- The carrier never once questioned if this was a COD or a bill to the the broker- It was signed for and accepted as a bill to to the broker. There was never any phone call from the carrier.....
The customer asked to pay for the whole amount by credit card-we obliged at no extra cost or up charge like other companies do- The contract stated in the special comments section ORDER PREPAID IN ADVANCE- 4 CORNERS TO PAY ALL CARRIER FEES ON CLIENTS BEHALF- I even pointed this out to the the client by phone twice. It was in the contract- This was reviewed with her before we even collected the fees.
This is extremely disappointing- One to have our integrity questioned and two we providing excellent service- picked up and assigned within 48 hours to MONTANA a destination that sometimes takes a week to get a carrier for, an on time delivery despite the snows on the Rockies(see weather channel) and a polite and respectful driver who we hire as a practice for our clients.
We did a good job for Ms. Pesa- Was always available , answered all of her questions and did the job right as promised.
