Thanks for the nice review. The innaugaration did cause a delay in picking up which is beyond everyones control. We hold all carriers responsible for their actions. That is what good brokers do. I do feel I ansered every question about the process to its completion (you getting fully reimbused). I will make a note of this to make sure I monitor our follow up in the future.
Generally barring major storms, and civic events transports are on time within the reasonable parameters set.
